What to Include

• General questions - features, data sources, platform capabilities. Check the FAQ first - it may already have your answer
• Lost or missing license code - first check your payment receipt email (the code is included there). If you cannot find it, email us from the address you used at checkout and we will issue a fresh code linked to your purchase
• Code not arriving after checkout - allow a minute or two for the email to arrive and check your spam folder. If still missing, contact us with the date and approximate time of purchase
• Team pricing - include your team size and we'll send a volume quote
• Customer support - describe the issue and include what browser you're using if relevant
• Refunds - full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked
